Group training
An activity for the endorphins of joy! A fun and challenging workout that is designed to your liking and can have different focus areas such as strength, fitness and endurance, or you may want to focus entirely on cooperation in the group? The pass is set up so that both the beginner and the more experienced can participate in the same session. Sweat guarantee is promised.

Movement training
Have you ever thought that you feel numb? Do you feel that your back hurts, your shoulders are not quite where they should? Then this activity is perfect for your conference group. We stretch and stretch the whole body and you get handy tips on what you can do in everyday life to get a more mobile & stronger body. We also work on breathing and learn the difference between tense and relaxed.
