Ski season is here

At Högbo Ski Arena, the ski season starts early, now in November with artificial snow trails and a little later all trails with natural snow. Here in the ski paradise of Gästrikland it is possible to ski until well into the spring.

Högbo Ski Arena has opened for the season. Track status is updated every morning by the professional team at Sportcentralen who are present at the start of the track.

Free riding in the nature trail

The nature trail is free to ride at Högbo Ski Arena. If you want to ride for free, turn when you get to the electric light trail, which is subject to a fee. Keep in mind that you are riding in the wrong direction and must give preference to oncoming riders.

Track cards

If you want to ride the electric light trail, it is easy to fix cards at the trail card cashier, which is open weekdays 07.00-20.00 and weekends 08.00-17.00. When purchasing a trail pass, access to a sauna and shower with changing rooms near the start of the trail is also included.

Technique training

At Högbo Ski Arena there is a technology area with rollers-hills and banks-dosed curves for accustomed skiers. We also have talented instructors who will be happy to help you sharpen your ski technique, get started with the basics or give you tips on how to ski faster without getting tired.

Rent cross-country skis

Book your ski equipment in advance and you will get to the ski trail faster once you are on site. At the sports centre you will find paddle-free cross-country skis, skate skis, paddleskis and children's skis.
