Thin bread baking

In the beautiful Gårdhandeleln at Högbo Bruk is the bakery where you can bake your own soft flatbread. Here you can roll, chop, bake and pack the bread. During the activity you will of course also taste the freshly baked bread with butter from our cheese lady. You can bring home the bread cookies that you have baked yourself, worth 70-80kr.

For more than 7 people, the group is divided into two and the price is then 600SEK/person. There will then be a waiting time you can spend in Gårdshandeln, where you can discover the local food and buy a taste of Högbo to take home with you or combine the experience with flatbread baking, read more below.

Do you want to combine thin bread baking and sausage stuffing?

‍‍For an extended experience, you can combine thin bread baking and sausage stuffing. If you are over 7 people the group splits into two, one group runs sausage stuffing and the other group flatbread baking then shifts one.

Number: 14 people for two groups (if you are a larger group, you can count 28 people in 3 hours)
Time approx: 2 hours
Price: Combined price 7.000 kr/group (one group=1-7 people) then 1100kr/person
